<p>O grupo extremista Hamas declarou nesta sexta-feira (dia 31) que aprova a proposta de cessar-fogo apresentada pelo presidente dos Estados Unidos, Joe Biden. Mais cedo, o líder norte-americano defendeu um acordo em três fases para o fim da guerra na Faixa de Gaza. Biden cobrou a aceitação do acordo e afirmou que Israel concordou com a proposta.</p>
<p>“É hora de exigir que o Hamas venha à mesa de negociações e aceite esse acordo e termine a guerra que eles começaram”, disse em uma reunião com jornalistas.</p>
<p><strong>HAMAS CONCORDA</strong> &#8211; Em um comunicado oficial, o Hamas declarou apoio ao que foi sugerido. “Vemos com bons olhos o que foi incluído no discurso do presidente Joe Biden, que apelou para um cessar-fogo permanente”, afirmou o grupo no Telegram.</p>
<p>O gabinete do Premiê Benjamin Netanyahu anunciou que Israel autorizou os negociadores a apresentar um acordo de trégua em Gaza. Declarou no X (ex-Twitter) que o governo quer receber os reféns o mais rápido possível.</p>
<p>Apesar dos incentivos para um cessar-fogo, nenhum representante governamental apresentou datas oficiais para conversas de negociação.</p>

ENTENDA O PLANO DE CESSAR-FOGO</strong></p>
<p>Na tarde desta sexta-feira, o presidente Joe Biden explicou uma proposta de paz para Israel e o Hamas. O plano tem três fases principais: A primeira etapa do plano prevê uma trégua durante 6 semanas. Neste momento, as FDI (Forças de Defesa de Israel) se retirariam das áreas povoadas de Gaza. O período também incluiria a libertação de reféns de ambos os lados.</p>
<p>A segunda fase contaria com o fim definitivo do conflito. Para isso acontecer, os militares israelenses sairiam totalmente da Faixa de Gaza.</p>
<p>A terceira e última parte do plano foca no início do projeto para a reconstrução de Gaza, além do auxílio aos palestinos que vivem no território. O democrata ainda disse que os termos foram propostos pelo governo israelense e debatidos entre países mediadores, como Egito e Qatar. Agora, as lideranças israelenses e do Hamas devem participar de conversas conjuntas.</p>

Por fim, ambos os planos incluem a criação do Estado palestino e a pacificação da fronteira de Israel com o Líbano, de onde os colonos israelenses foram expulsos pelo constante bombardeio dos terroristas do grupo Hezbollah.
